POLICY EXCLUSIONS
- Articles other than furniture exceeding 5% of the Sum Insured should be declared separately with value
- Loss or damage by Burglary/Housebreaking where employee of the insured or member of insureds family is concerned principal or accessory
- Damage due to cracking scratching of lens glass
- Loss of or damage by moth vermin or under processing of cleaning repairing etc.
- Damage due to over running excessing pressure mechanical derangement or over-winding of watches.
- Theft from car unless it is properly locked.
- Damages or breakages of glass during removal alterations.
- Loss/ damage to fragile items due to impact.
- Loss due to wilful act or negligence due to fault existing at the time of insurance.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Cost of transport to the repair shop and back.
- Loss or damage to external antenna or fittings by theft unless TV is stolen.
- Loss during installation.
- Repairing dismantling of TV where manufacturer of supplier is responsible.
- Accident or loss or damage or liability when cycle is used for hire or reward.
- War and nuclear perils.
- Wear and tear gradual deterioration/ flaws.
