• Earthquake flood storm cyclone and like perils.
• Riot strike malicious act.
• Burglary housebreaking theft.
• Accidental external means.
• Mechanical or electrical breakdown.
• If extended for hire or reward the transit risk of apparatus.
• Liability to third party for death personal injury damage to third party property out of the use of TV or fittings.

POLICY EXCLUSIONS

• Loss or damage due to
• War war like operation nuclear risks Terrorist Activity.
• Erection repairing or dismantling of apparatus.
• Consequential loss depreciation wear and tear failure and breakage caused by normal atmospheric conditions.
• Liability assumed by the insured by agreement.
• Theft of parts or antenna unless the apparatus itself is stolen at the same time.
• Loss/damage to accessories by theft unless the apparatus itself is stolen.
• Nuclear risk.
• Manufacturer's / supplier's liability.

HOW TO RENEW A POLICY

The Policy can be renewed by approaching any Branch/Divisional of United India before the date of expiry of the policy.
