Presently posted at Corporate Office of United India Insurance Company- Chennai, as General Manager handling Corporate Legal, Corporate communication and Publicity, Customer Care, RTI, AML vertical, Performance Management- Key Result Areas and HR matters of Marketing wing.

He is a commerce graduate from University of Rajasthan and joined this Industry as a Direct Recruit Officer in 1987, as a specialist officer- Finance and Accounts at a very young age of 22 years. Now a Senior executive of the company having experience of more than 36 years in the industry across all the verticals. An Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India since 1992 and an awardee of the Institute in Miscellaneous Accident Insurance.

Prior to this Top Management Position as General Manager at Corporate Office, he has worked in the states/Regions of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa, mostly in Leadership position handling both Retail and corporate segments of the Market and distribution channels. Also Handled Legal vertical and set a benchmark by settling highest number of legal (TP) cases through conciliation. Having enormous experience in leading business, organizational transformation, including good governance; his out of box thinking, proactive and focused approach set the path for achieving laurels.

He strongly believes in strengthening the organization with strategic Risk Management and evolving best HR practices in managing the resources for optimum outcome. He has also been a trainer, motivator, facilitator and contributor to many In-house Journals.
