In case you have a complaint or grievance regarding the services rendered by us, you may approach or write or e-mail to the policy issuing office, Regional Office/Head Office for redressal. If you are not satisfied with the response from the Company, you are free to take up the matter with the Hon'ble Ombudsman, in case the loss is below Rs. 20 lakhs and the policy is issued to an individual.
